- Designed to track your progress
- 3 tests over a period of time. See if what you are doing is working. If not change it up to reach your goal!
Baseline Test – a one time test is $75 and is accurate to within 1.6 ounces. This test is meant to give you a current reality. Important to have done before starting a program or to let you know how perfect you are!
Before & After Package– a two test package is $110 and is meant to facilitate an internal before and after picture. Begin with a current reality and measure the results of all your hard work!
Tracking Package –a three test package is $150 and is designed to track your progress. Test for a current reality – then test later to find out if your health plan is accomplishing what you want – then either alter your plan or finish with an after test proving that what you desired you accomplished!
All tests include an analysis of numbers. Also included is an estimated resting metabolic rate specific to the results.
